Pay & Benefits
- English-only: $18+/hour (based on skills & experience)
- If position Includes any 3rd-shift hours: $19+/hour+
- If position requires bilingual services(English-Spanish): $19+/hour+

Third Shift: Friday Saturday Sunday 7:00pm-8:00am (39 hrs/week)
On-site during training (first two months); work-from-home thereafter when qualified.
Responsibilities
As a Full-Time CSR at Suite 1000, you will:
- Answer inbound calls for clients in diverse industries
- Follow client protocols, escalation rules, and call-handling workflows
- Accurately document call details in client systems
- Route calls to the appropriate contact or department as needed
- Provide a professional, empathetic experience for every caller
- No selling, telemarketing, collections, shift bidding, complaint lines, or shift bidding.
Requirements
- Must pass typing, spelling, leadership, and communication assessments, background check, drug screening, and eVerify verification
- At least one year of call center, receptionist, or computer-based customer service experience
- Minimum one year in an administrative support, office assistant, or similar role
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Strong multitasking and written communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Willingness to renew a COVID-19 vaccine annually unless medically exempt
- Background check, drug screening, and eVerify eligibility required
Training & Work Environment
- 6–8 weeks of on-site training with experienced staff
- Eligible for remote work after training
